閬中農(nóng)商銀行積極開(kāi)展金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范知識(shí)宣傳活動(dòng)

近日，閬中農(nóng)商銀行老觀支行利用外出務(wù)工人員大量返鄉(xiāng)的機(jī)會(huì)，組織了一場(chǎng)與本行高端客戶(hù)的金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范知識(shí)活動(dòng)宣傳講座。主要內(nèi)容有：防范非法集資與如何辯別詐騙電話與信息，客戶(hù)如何保養(yǎng)身體賺取更多的財(cái)富。

閬中農(nóng)商銀行老觀支行行長(zhǎng)蔣清忠講話說(shuō)， 非法集資的特征是未經(jīng)有關(guān)部門(mén)依法批準(zhǔn)或者借用合法經(jīng)營(yíng)的形式吸引資金，通過(guò)媒體推介會(huì)及傳單收集信息等途徑向社會(huì)公開(kāi)宣傳，承諾在一定期限內(nèi)以貨幣、實(shí)物、股權(quán)等方式還本付息或者給付回報(bào)，向社會(huì)公眾即社會(huì)不特定對(duì)象吸收資金。非法集資的主要表現(xiàn)形式包括債權(quán)、股權(quán)、商品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)等四大類(lèi)。非法集資的常用手段包括承諾高額回報(bào)、編造虛假項(xiàng)目、利用網(wǎng)站博客論壇等即時(shí)通信工具以虛假宣傳造勢(shì)。從事非法集資活動(dòng)將獲得集資詐騙罪、非法吸收公眾存款罪、非法經(jīng)營(yíng)罪、合同詐騙罪等。蔣行長(zhǎng)同時(shí)還講了非法集資的社會(huì)危害以及參與非法集資形成的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及損失承擔(dān)等。

閬中農(nóng)商銀行老觀支行邀請(qǐng)的閬中仁濟(jì)醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)張仲海語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)地對(duì)所參加的客戶(hù)就人的飲食、身體特征以及生活習(xí)慣作了專(zhuān)業(yè)的講解。
